Refund Policy

At Your Best Buds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumables and regulated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding of state laws. We are not responsible for issues arising from shipping restrictions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, please email us at info@yourbestbudsbmore.com with your order number.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final. For issues related to damaged or missing items, please contact info@yourbestbudsbmore.com within 5 business days of receipt.
